Han Dynasty
The Han dynasty flourished from 206 B.C.E.- 220 C.E. In this time, this dynasty had many contributions and legacies. Two contributions that came from the Han dynasty were the compass and the seismograph. Today, we use the compass for directions, and the seismograph to measure the seismic waves of an earthquake. A few more contributions from the Han dynasty were paper, the kite, iron wheel barrow, and acupuncture. All of these contributions are used today in the 21st century, but some are used for different reasons. In support of this, the ancient Chinese used kites to scare people and send messages in war.
